Starvation

    I chose this topic because it's easy to write. i choose easy way out, but it's also importnat topic because I would see homeless people everyday in the street begging for money. they would claim to be War Veteran, and what I'm suppose to do? I felt bad for the guy, and gave him twenty buck to buy something to eat. Also it's personal issue for me too, in Vietnam, I would see homeless people, and children too. they would sell lottery ticket to people and they got the money for themselves to survive. The government cannot do anything about it.

  Vietnam is a poor country, and still follow the communist rule. Vietnam have no laws which I heard from my cousin. I wish i could have done something about this. Locally, I'm more concern with the children going hungry everyday especially low income families. Parents rely on welfare, but what if the gtovernment cannot support them anymore? Children goes to school everyday and rely on school breakfast and lunch. what about dinner?

   I guess the solution to this problem is that people around the community should help out or donate the can food that hiding the kitchen closet. Everyday we are wasting food, we might not noticed it, but it's true that we are wasting food. I could not finish the food that I bought yesterday so forgive me heaven. Imagine for one day that we are out of food supply, and what we are going to do? what if walmart gone? what if food market gone? the farmer gone bad? Its big IF..

  We should limit our spending our money on food, and rest is to help out who need it the MOST!

Where do I belong?

I think i belong in school community, my neighboorhood, church, and workplace. I don't socalize much often with people, I'm very quiet around the people. I dont give out my opinion in classes, I dont participate in any lecture sometimes I would just listen to other people. I guess my presence is enough that I belong to any community. I go to school everyday, i go to church every sunday, listen to priest's sermon, volunteering in church. I go to work every weekend, and talk to my co-worker. So I do belong somewhere around.

Introduction

Hello!
 My name is sakura Hanaru, i know it's weird name, but i like it because i'm a big fan of Japanese anime. i like to read book. i like to hang out with my friends sometimes. i like to surf on internet; for example, facebook, our life of entertainment. sometimes if i have a free time, i love to watch anime online, I am really addicted to it. I'm really quiet around the people, but once you get to know me, I'll be lively person.
  Yikes! I don't know what to say next. Basically I have to write 300 words in this which I cannot do. Glad it was introduction so I can say about anything in here. I like mexican food, vietnamese, and Italian food. My favorite color is light blue, my favorite tv show is reality show such as Big brother, game shows, and dancing with the stars!
  I am lazy to the bone, but when important work is given, I intented to finish it. I have a habit of being late to any event such as classes, turn in my work, and i forget what is my homework suppose to be. I guess I got this trait from my families. They are such forgetful sometimes.
  Hoping this semester won't be hard beacuse i hate to write, and think of something  to write. I'm sure all of you understand how i feel. hoping we will get along this semster! ciao!

Financial Aid

                      I have never interested in political issue,watching the news, or read newspaper. I don't care for the world, well I do, but I can't do anything to change it. Election is coming up, and i don't know who I'm voting for. My mom insisted that I should vote for Mitt Romney because he's a good man, and he's a mormon. It's doesn't have anything to do with financial aid which he's going to increase on student loan interest! Anyway today i heard this from the professor that Mitt Romney plan to increase the interest loan in college.  At first I'm really mad about that because he planning to increase the interest! I could barely survive in this world, money doesn't come to you that easily. I work in Nail salon spa, they pay me $150 a week which i gave my paycheck to my mom. Usaully I survive on the customers' tips money. I have enough to buy a gas, foods, and grocery. How dare he can do this without thinking about the middle class like us? I wish I was rich enough to pay all the debt after I'm out of college. I should pay attention to the political news more often so i can know what's going on in this world. I didn't vote in 2008 because I was not legally to vote, but now i know who I'm voting for. Obama understand us who value our education, he knows what we are going through, and most importantly he is the one who can change that.
